3. User Accounts

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. Residents must provide valid barangay affiliation to register.
4. Acceptable Use

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

5. Document Requests
When submitting document requests:
- You must provide truthful and accurate information
- Processing times are estimates and may vary
- Applicable fees must be paid as required
- Pickup schedules must be followed
- Abuse of the document request system may result in account suspension
6. Facility Bookings
When booking facilities:
- Bookings are subject to availability and approval
- Cancellation must be done within the specified timeframe
- Facilities must be used responsibly and kept clean
- Any damages must be reported and may result in liability
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges
7. Reward Points
Our reward points program operates under the following rules:
- Points are earned through platform engagement
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred

- We reserve the right to modify point values and rewards
