Getting Started

Everything you need to know to start using eUgnay services.

Creating an Account

1. Go to the Register page

2. Select your barangay from the dropdown

3. Fill in your personal information

4. Enter your email and create a password

5. Accept the Privacy Policy

6. Click Register — your account is created automatically!

Logging In

1. Go to the Login page

2. Select your barangay

3. Enter your email and password

4. Click Login

If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" to reset it.

Dashboard

Your personalized hub for all barangay services.

Quick Service Menu

From your dashboard, you can quickly access:

  • Request Document — Apply for barangay documents
  • Book Facility — Reserve community spaces
  • View Events — Browse and join events
  • Submit Feedback — Share suggestions or issues
  • Reward Points — Track your points

  • Sidebar — Main navigation (visible on desktop)
  • Bottom Nav — Quick links (visible on mobile)
  • Bell Icon — View notifications

Document Requests

Request official barangay documents online.

How to Request a Document

1. Click Request Document from dashboard

2. Browse available documents

3. Select the document type you need

4. Enter the purpose/request details

5. Submit your request

6. Track status until ready for pickup

Status Meanings

Pending Processing Ready for Pickup Completed

Important Notes

  • • Processing time varies by document type
  • • Bring valid ID when picking up
  • • You can cancel pending requests
  • • Completing earns reward points

Facility Booking

Reserve barangay facilities for your events.

How to Book a Facility

1. Go to Book Facility from dashboard

2. Browse available facilities

3. Select your preferred facility

4. Choose date and time slot

5. Submit booking request

6. Wait for approval

  • • Bookings can be for today or future dates
  • • Approved bookings earn reward points
  • • Pending bookings can be cancelled

Events

Join and participate in barangay events.

How to Join Events

1. Go to Events from dashboard

2. Browse upcoming events

3. Click on an event to view details

4. Click Join to register

5. Click Leave to unregister before event

Important Notes

  • • You can only join events that haven't started yet
  • • Event attendance earns reward points
  • • View joined events in the Joined Events tab

Reward Points

Earn points through community engagement.

How It Works

Earning Points:

  • Complete a document request
  • Get a facility booking approved
  • Attend a barangay event

Using Points:

  • View your balance in Rewards section
  • Claim available rewards assigned to you
  • Visit barangay office for physical redemption

Important Notes

  • • Points are awarded automatically
  • • Check Rewards tab for items assigned to you
  • • Physical redemption requires valid ID

How to Submit Feedback

1. Go to Submit Feedback from dashboard

2. Optionally enter your contact info

3. Select a category (Suggestion, Complaint, Maintenance, Other)

4. Write your message (max 1000 characters)

5. Submit

Getting Started

How do I register for an eUgnay account?

Click 'Register' on the landing page, select your barangay, fill in your details, and submit. Your account will be created automatically.

What services can I access through eUgnay?

You can request documents, book facilities, join events, submit feedback, view the barangay directory, and track reward points.

Is eUgnay available in all barangays?

Availability depends on your barangay's adoption of the system. Contact your barangay office to confirm.

Document Requests

How long does document processing take?

Processing times vary: 1-3 business days for simple documents. Check the document info for estimated time.

Can I cancel a document request?

Yes, only pending requests can be cancelled. Go to My Documents and click Cancel.

What do I need to pick up my document?

Bring a valid government-issued ID. Some documents may require additional requirements.

Facility Booking

How far in advance can I book?

You can book for today or any future date within the booking window set by your barangay.

How do I know if my booking is approved?

You'll receive a notification when status changes. Check My Bookings for current status.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, pending bookings can be cancelled. Approved bookings cannot be cancelled online.

Account

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.

How do I update my profile?

Go to Profile after logging in. Edit your information and save changes.

Rewards

How do I earn reward points?

Complete document requests, get facility bookings approved, and attend events automatically earn points.

How do I redeem my points?

Points are converted to rewards automatically. Visit the barangay office with ID to claim physical rewards.
